This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, near Sir Cliff Richard´s villa.
Set in grounds surrounded by walls with a gated entrance leading into a large cobbled driveway there is a large new (2005) swimming pool surrounded by terraces and lawned gardens containing fruit,almond and carob trees. Guia village - famous for its numerous (20+) restaurants, and daily fish, fruit & veg market is just a 10 minute walk. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping centre in the Algarve with 10 pin bowling is just outside Guia. The villa is 6kms from Albufeira and 4.5km from the Blue Flag beaches of Gale, Coelha, São Rafael and Castello. Car hire essential.

There are large open terraces with a covered B.B.Q./ dining area which overlooks the new swimming pool (10m x 5/6m)with Roman steps. Patio doors lead from the living, dining area and from one bedroom on to the terraces.
